The Cleotic AI Visibility Report is a continuing publication. A correction
changes the affected period only and is recorded here.

## 2026-09-01 / Scope correction

- Removed a sparse analytical branch that could not support meaningful
  interpretation.
- Removed the associated findings, charts, routes, navigation, method text and
  browser data.
- Reframed the sector view around answer coverage, brand appearances and
  positioning language.
- Kept the raw research export unchanged.

## 2026-08-31 / Retained-panel and access-policy revision

- Removed one partial assistant from every pooled result. The retained panel
  contains six full-coverage assistants.
- Recomputed July as 25,296 scheduled runs, 25,267 captured answers and 25,264
  usable answers.
- Removed publication-date and missing-date measures.
- Removed public data downloads and public derived-data routes.
- Clarified scheduled runs, captured answers and usable answers throughout the
  publication.

## 2026-08-25 / Editorial chart layer

- Added the visibility and endorsement chart.
- Added answer-structure and monthly assistant-agreement charts.
- Added exact chart tables, selected context, denominators and method versions.
- Added an explicit revision guard for changes to either published report
  payload.

## 2026-08-24 / Continuing-publication migration

- Replaced the former quarter-labelled structure with permanent Overview,
  Findings, Index, Method and Audit routes.
- Published the fixed UK / July 2026 report.
- Added longitudinal files that recompute cumulative percentages from combined
  numerators and denominators rather than averaging monthly percentages.
- Kept legacy ranking, sector and positioning addresses as compatibility
  handoffs.
